City Palms Clients.

I was invited to a walktrough of the Citypalms building this week.They are currently finishing of the interior corridors and entertainment areas of the building.

All units are abot 95% finished with a few basic additions yet to be made.The finish of the units is to a very high quality and units will be handed over ready to occupy or rent.

The real estate market in West Palm Beach has slowed, but the rental market is very strong.There is also a very good seasonal rental market in the Cityplace area with the convention center being in such a close proximity and the other obvious attractions of the city in general.

Please see attached pictures of the 2 bedroom unit, 3 bedroom unit and other areas of the building.

The building is scheduled to close in Mid June 2008 and delays are not expected.

The retail colonnade units on the ground floor will feature boutique shops and restaurants which will be a direct extension to the already vibrant shopping, dining and nightlife area featuring open air dining and open air music shows on the central stage at week-ends.

GPK Overseas has been in contact with many respected Mortgage companies and discussed our client’s needs in West Palm Beach as Overseas investors.

We will assist in all aspects of the mortgage process to make it as seamless as possible.
